It’s also important to note that the door should be installed very well. You can find a list of door installers on Angie’s List. That should be very helpful to someone that’s looking into changing doors.

For me, a door is more of a protective layer. But now that I’m thinking about it, it’s also a good aesthetic design for the house.

I’m quite happy with a simple door. Those big heavy ones look very intimidating. A simple door with all the right locks (and right color) is what I appreciate.
